Evalu8ing surveys cost just $250 per group, inclusive of any applicable taxes. 
So the minimum cost per survey is $500 for two groups or one 360-degree relationship evaluation. And using a maximum of eight interdependent groups or 28 relationship evaluations, with up to 20 participants in each group would cost $2000 (8 x $250), applicable taxes included.

The cost of the survey is based not on the number of participants, but the number of groups being assessed. Therefore, up to eight groups can be created with up to twenty participants in each group.

Costs are in USD$ and payment is either:
1. Billed up front with on-line payment by approved credit card, or
2. Invoiced with payment by EFT only, and survey coupons issued on receipt of payment.
