We developed Evalu8ing in 2008 after working with clients and their business partners over a number of years. We recognised whilst organisations understood the benefits of collaboration and business engagement, there was no simple way to measure how well they were actually collaborating, or how to identify the areas in which to improve business engagement across their own divisions or with business partners and agencies.
Lydia brings unique insights and perspective to driving results through improved collaboration and business engagement. With over 20 years’ experience working with large corporates in Australia and the UK, Lydia has a proven record of developing new and innovative approaches to driving performance.
Her experience in managing, observing and advising across all aspects of these relationships and processes combined with her research into client/ agency relationships whilst completing her Master of Business – Marketing, places Lydia at the forefront of helping businesses achieve better business results through improved collaboration and engagement.
In her career, Lydia has performed a number of senior roles for Vodafone, Telstra, Westpac and Suncorp. In the UK, Lydia was Head of Advertising & Communications, and Marketing Planning for Orange, and Director of CRM for Freeserve (part of the France Telecom Group).
For the past 9 years Lydia has been Business Director at TrinityP3 – APAC’s leading Strategic Marketing Management Consultants, where she’s continued her experience with blue chip companies including IAG, Westfield, Suncorp, Diageo, IKEA, Vodafone, Cerebos, Optus, ME Bank, Macquarie University, Vicinity, Westpac, and DBS Bank.
